Ingredients
  

  • Lettuces
  • 1 onions
  • grapefruit
  • mint, coriander, and basil leaves
  • chopped roasted cashews

Ingredients for dressing

  • fish sauce
  • lime juice
  • green chilies
  • tamarind paste

Instructions
 

  • For the dressing, put two tablespoon fish sauce, two tablespoon lime juice, two to three green chopped chillies, and one tablespoon tamarind sauce in a food processor and whizz.
  • Thinly slice the duck breast and toss it with onions, lettuce, grapefruits, and herbs.
  • Add some of the dressing to the plate.
  • Spread some cashew nuts over the top.
  • Drizzle more sauce over it and serve.
