Instructions
In a pan, pour one teaspoon duck fat and turn up the heat slightly.
Add chopped ginger, cubed potatoes and cook it for 10 minutes.
Stir it occasionally.
Add in cabbage and stir it until glossy.
Pour the chicken stock into it and cover the pan.
Simmer it for about 10 minutes.
Serve the duck breast in a plate along with vegetables.
Spread some parsley and enjoy the dish with a glass of wine.
