Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon duck fat
  • cubed potatoes
  • ΒΌ shredded cabbage
  • chopped parsley
  • chopped ginger
  • salt
  • chicken stock

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, pour one teaspoon duck fat and turn up the heat slightly.
  • Add chopped ginger, cubed potatoes and cook it for 10 minutes.
  • Stir it occasionally.
  • Add in cabbage and stir it until glossy.
  • Pour the chicken stock into it and cover the pan.
  • Simmer it for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve the duck breast in a plate along with vegetables.
  • Spread some parsley and enjoy the dish with a glass of wine.
