- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 3 tbsp apricot preserves
- 1 salted plum
- ¼ teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon rice vinegar
Take a small bowl and mix hot water and sugar until the sugar is preserved.
Add apricot preserves to it.
Remove the pit from the pickled plum and add it to the bowl.
Add ½ teaspoon of liquid from the plum jar, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
Mix everything well using a fork.
Leave the sauce for 5 minutes and mix again.
