  • ¾ cup apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp plum jam
  • ¾ cup peach jam
  • 1 red chili
  • 5 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder


  • Peel and mince the ginger root.
  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend it well until smooth.
  • Refrigerate it before using.
