- ¾ cup apricot jam
- 2 tbsp plum jam
- ¾ cup peach jam
- 1 red chili
- 5 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger root
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Peel and mince the ginger root.
Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend it well until smooth.
Refrigerate it before using.
